About Sigma Security Group:

– Flexible attendance, attend ops whenever you want, we only mandate a short 5 minute interview and 45 minute newcomer training (can be shorter depending on experience). Other than those, you are not required to attend any other trainings or operations.

– Strict 16 plus age requirement

– Open and (mostly) unrestricted arsenal for kit creation

– We prioritize entertainment, we understand that you are here to have fun and that it’s a game.

– We use the following mods: ACRE, KAT, ACE, RHS, etc. (Single mod pack, size ~60GB)

– Flexible roles, each operation you can choose a different role without any prior training necessary (exception: Leadership), as long as you are confident in your performance in said role. Some of these roles are reservable prior to operation.

– We have multiple Zeuses with still plenty of space for more, who host ops throughout the week across multiple time zones, we sometimes get 2 ops a day!

– Various operation types, due to the variety of Zeuses we get a lot of different operation experiences, so it rarely becomes stale with new creativity coming in each op.

– In depth trainings on request, provided by friendly Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in that specific area.
